Inbound Customer Care Representative – Remote

Unified is looking for experienced Call Centre Customer Service Representatives to handle Inbound Customer Service calls from existing customers.

• Full-Time positions available between 8:30am to 1:30am
• 100% remote position working from home

Requirements

The ideal candidate must enjoy a teamwork oriented environment, open to collaborating with others, motivated in helping their peers and customers and is customer driven.

• Experience working in a Call Centre Customer Service environment handling incoming and/or making outgoing calls
• Customer Service oriented in developing and maintaining a positive customer interaction
• Strong English communication and people skills – written and verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task and comfortable operating in multiple applications at one time
• Open to flexibility in schedule including working extended or extra shifts
• Providing an exceptional customer service experience on each and every call
