UNiDAYS Ltd Hiring for Legal Administrator Job at London, England Full Time

• This role is open to remote working within the UK. Successful candidates will be required to travel to their closest UNiDAYS hub (London or Nottingham) on occasion.

The role in a nutshell

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our Legal team here at UNiDAYS as a Legal Administrator. You will get the chance to join a team of exceptionally bright individuals who move quickly and thoughtfully to address a variety of legal issues. We are currently seeking someone who can work with cross-functional teams and have the ability to run and manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to organise and track agreements, be responsible for due diligence and create and manage a virtual data room.

Day to day responsibilities

• Assisting with the coordination of large multi-jurisdictional transactions
• General legal project management support (managing timelines, following up local counsels and tracking the progress of different workstreams)
• Organise and maintain the legal department’s agreement database and legal department files
• Coordinate the legal department agreement pipeline and workflow
• With attorney supervision, draft, review, assess, and comment on NDAs, sales and vendor agreements and other documentation
• Review and track partner and vendor Agreements
• Manage and organise legal department files
• Assist with drafts of agreements and correspondence connected to venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions
• Manage due diligence and closing matters, including data room set-up, preparing signature packets, and creating closing volume
• Liaison to internal business personnel for general information gathering

What we need from you

• 2+ years of experience working on legal, compliance and/or risk management related projects at a law firm, in-house legal department, or a combination of both; experience at a publicly traded company a plus.
• Salesforce and other contract management software experience.
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Able to work independently, prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage highly confidential information and exercise professional discretion.
• Exceptional level of accuracy, fanatical attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
• Excellent computer/technical skills required, including advanced skill level with Microsoft Office products, and data room management.
