We are currently seeking a highly qualified Full Time Healthcare Recruiters

The Recruiter is responsible in sourcing out the most qualified candidates and getting them through UNI’s onboarding process. It is also the Recruiter’s responsibility in keeping up-to-date with healthcare recruitment trends.

The right candidate for the Recruitment position must have the following qualifications:

• Excellent customer service, communications skills and attention to detail in all interactions with candidates and colleagues
• Articulates a job offer and drives for candidate acceptance
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to influence and persuade
• Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing work environment
• Ability to manage full cycle recruitment for multiple hiring managers and multiple locations
• Can create and maintain an appropriate social media presence
• Reviews background and reference information
• Keeps candidates engaged throughout the process
• Continuously builds talent pipeline to ensure there are multiple candidates in play at all times
• Keeps hiring managers up to date on any market changes that would impact the hiring process or talent pool

Experience

• Experience in full cycle recruiting experience preferred
• 1+ years of agency staffing experience is a strong plus
• Strong healthcare background a plus
• Strong customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication
• Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
