Skills Required for the IT Manager:

• Excellent technical background
• External supplier & customer focused
• Ability to develop effective technical strategies
• Previous mentoring experience
• Service desk management
• Managing a portfolio of IT services, suppliers and IT projects
• Technical expertise in key areas of IT e.g. IT/Cyber security
