We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions. The Recruiter will be expected to build relationships with potential candidates, develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs, and maintain a network of contacts in the industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for open positions.
• Screen resumes and applications for relevant qualifications.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
• Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential hires.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders in the recruitment process.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.20 – $26.25 per hour
