Under Armour is looking for a qualified and driven Account Representative, Team Sales. What will I do at Under Armour?

• This position will provide direct support to Sr. Manager in helping develop and drive the club/grassroots team sports business.
• This position will be hyper focused on our “youth” audience, ages 10-18.
• Direct sales responsibilities in key categories, specifically volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball and softball. Responsible for ownership of delivering on sales targets for respective areas of business.
• Additional responsibilities include prospecting of potential partnerships, maximizing current grassroots partnerships, forecasting the apparel, footwear, and uniform needs of our club organizations, stay hyper connected to our key service partners in the space.
• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to identify new opportunities, on the business trends, and capture market share.
• Drive dialogue and feedback to inform UA product team trends and needs in this channel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3-4 Years of Account Management/Sales Experience
• Strong analytical skills.
• Independent thinker, self-starter, and true team player.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High-level skills with database/spreadsheet programs and MS Office.
• Travel up to 20% of time

Workplace Location

• Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
• Return to Work Designation: 3 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.
• Travel: 25%

Base Compensation

$86,806.00 – $119,358.80 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
