• Work with our local clients in order enhance their Broadband offering
• Collaborate with umlaut teams across the globe to enhance the Broadband portfolio
• Collaborate on advanced engineering projects with outside partners in academia, government, or internal teams
• Own and deliver large diverse projects to existing and new clients
• Work closely with other technology areas that overlap and rely on Broadband e.g. mobile services, gaming, IoT
• Prepare results for reporting purposes including presentation
• Perform diverse projects in the broadband/telco field
• Flexible working arrangement

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering or related disciplines, or demonstrated career experience
• 3+ years broadband experience
• Detailed understanding of broadband & internet technologies
• Understands end-to-end architecture delivering broadband services to end users, and familiar with common pain points
• Worked with technology teams to improve network performance and customer experience
• Network performance monitoring and tools experience an advantage
• Experience of capacity planning and design in a Network Analyst/Engineer/Manager role an advantage
• Experience managing customers and services
• Very good command of spoken and written English
• Responsible, reliable, motivated, organized, proactive, self-driven, learning oriented
