UMass Global (formerly Brandman University) offers nationally recognized academic programs for the nontraditional learner fully online, on ground at more than 25 campuses throughout California and Washington and through UMass Global MyPath, its self-paced online competency-based education.

The School of Extended Education is seeking qualified Corporate Training Instructors to facilitate professional development programs in person, online or via webinar.

Our Services include:

• Customer service, leadership and management development programs
• Soft skills training
• Executive and management coaching
• Organizational development consulting

Instructional Duties:

• Instructor will provide an appropriate learning environment and materials as required for adult students to master the learning outcomes defined for this course.
• Instructor will utilize appropriate assessment tools in order to measure student understanding.
• Assessments and course materials will be submitted to the School of Extended Education no later than two weeks prior to the first class meeting.
• Occasional travel may be required depending on client needs

Requirements for the positions are:

• Bachelor’s degree or adequate equivalent work/facilitating experience
• Expertise in customer service soft skills topics
• Experience with facilitating/instructing workshops for corporate clients

Preferred qualifications include:

• Certified to delivery and debrief a variety of leadership assessments
