This is a remote position.

UMA Geotechnical Construction is looking for a highly motivated, organized and experienced Data Entry professional to join their fast-paced team. The successful candidate will need to be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills with a background in data entry and be able to maintain accuracy and quality records.

This position requires excellent data entry skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask while under tight deadlines. The successful candidate should also possess great problem solving and communication skills in order to be successful in this role.

Requirements

• Review and enter data into a variety of databases including spreadsheets,and more.

• Ensure accuracy and quality when entering and verifying information
• Monitor multiple databases for accuracy and completeness
• Research and resolve accuracy issues, bringing them to the supervisor’s attention if needed
• Follow strict standards for data entry and logging to maintain compliance with company policies
• Identify and escalate any potential issues or discrepancies with data entry
• Assist with special projects as needed
