We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide operational support in the attraction of top talent into Ultraleap.

The position is fast paced and requires great attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities, with a focus on excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the Head of Global Talent Acquisition to recruit and build a talent pool including:

• Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring leads
• Screening CVs and candidates at the start of the recruitment process
• Providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers
• Supporting on Employment Contracts
• Maintaining records on the company ATS
• General onboarding
• General referencing – employment and housing

Skill-Set & Key Attributes

• Strong personal impact and relationship building skills, with the capability to engage with employees, candidates, managers and external agencies
• Successful proven experience of managing and prioritising multiple time sensitive projects effectively

• A strong administrator with great attention to detail
• Can do attitude to adapt within a fast paced environment
• Discretion – a valued part of a confidential business area

This is a permanent role, working within a hybrid working pattern at Ultraleap’s headquarters in Bristol
