We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our growing team.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering customer questions, and providing information about our products and services. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
• Respond to customer questions and provide information about our products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and increase revenue
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service role
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Should have 1-3 years Experience in Telemarketing
