The Role

The Shipping Coordinator role in on the afternoon shift and reports to the afternoon shift supervisor.

Duties include…

1. Ensuring the accurate creation of daily pick lists reflecting required shipments.

2. Ensuring that staged shipments exactly match paperwork and meet customer requirements.

3. Ensuring that loaded shipments exactly match paperwork and meet customer requirements

4. Ensuring that all shipments are posted.

5. Interface with production scheduling and customer service to ensure that all shipments are correct and to schedule 100% of the time.

6. Ensuring that completed shipments are forwarded to customer service, all ASN’S are sent per Customer Requirements

7. Assists Shipping & Receiving Supervisor where necessary

Perform other related duties as instructed by management
