About the role:
Working alongside the Talent Acquisition Partners, actively source passive and active candidates using a variety of tools, job boards, directly headhunting etc.
Identify target companies, user groups, professional associations in order to assist in the build of relevant candidates
Use selection criteria to identify qualified candidates and determine the relevant strength of the prospective candidates for current open vacancies, as well as future talent pools
Actively manage candidate relationships, ensuring that appropriate processes are followed within our ATS, as well as providing timely updates to candidates throughout the candidate engagement and application processes
When sourcing candidates, if not applicable for current vacancies, work closely with the Global Sourcing Leads to ensure relevant prospective candidates are added to our CRM
About you:
Proven experience of directly sourcing / recruiting within niche talent markets (experience of recruiting within Engineering / Defense markets would be preferable)
Experience of using creative sourcing techniques, as well as effectively using core recruitment tools / platforms
Experience of working with ATS and CRM systems
Strong interpersonal skills in order to engage and screen candidates
Highly organised, with the ability to be able to set up and maintain relevant systems
Self-driven with high levels of personal initiative and motivation
A customer driven mindset, driven by achieving high quality outcomes for all customers
Able and willing to work within defined processes, with the mentality to continuously challenge where applicable
Willingness and ability to work as part of a connected team, working effectively alongside and with respect of all colleagues
Security clearance
Applicants will be required to meet BPSS security clearance in order to operate within this role.
