We are looking for a friendly, people-oriented customer service person for our online business. In this role you will care for our online customers, helping them with questions, helping them find the right product and doing what it takes to put smiles on their faces. We value 100% positive reviews and you’d be the front line in that effort.

You will also be responsible for order processing, tracking, taking care of customer inquiries via telephone, live chat, and email.

The right person will be a happy person and have that come across on the phone. They will be detail oriented, organized, honest, hard-working, and – this is important – have the ability to figure things out. The right person will also be a skilled customer service person who can write a great email with proper English, grammar and empathy.

Dependability is important since we all depend on each other. This person shows up for work every day, has a strong work ethic, and is loyal to their job.

This is a M-F Part Time position that requires no evenings or weekends. Hours at Noon to 5 pm. It is an in-office position.

Skills and experience desired:

• Demonstrated customer service experience (3 years+).
• Current or previous employment with an ecommerce company would be desired but not necessary for the right person.
• The ability to compose professional, empathetic customer service emails with proper English and grammar.
• Serious personal experience as an online shopper.
• Above average computer and Internet user skills.
• A phone voice that exudes happiness and friendliness. You will be answering customer calls and emails, helping with questions and issues.
• Commitment to being honest, passionate, friendly, hard-working and innovative. This person will be empowered to think outside the box.
• Great personal verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-organized, able to multitask and be able to always find things to help make us better as a team
• Able to work independently and work with little supervision
