Ultimate Staffing is assisting a company in the Northwest Houston area to find a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team.

Job Information :

• Temporary-to-hire
• Schedule : Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Hybrid after training
• Pay : starting at $85,000 DOE

Job Duties include :

• Talent Pipelines. Design and manage holistic development programs
• Working with business leaders and HR to understand opportunities for improving the culture and mindset for even stronger focus on safety, team member growth and engagement, manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement through improved diversity representation and inclusion at local sites.
• Leadership Development. Create and leverage existing solutions to accelerate front line leader capabilities to prepare them for today and tomorrow’s challenges and opportunities.
• Mentoring and Coaching. Define a mentoring and coaching program that becomes a catalyst for best practice sharing and learning across the organization.
• Diversity & Inclusion
• Measurement Strategy

What You Need To Succeed :

• Bachelor’s or master’s level degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in talent management.
• Business Acumen
• ing / data and analytics
• Recruitment in a manufacturing environment
• Leading a productive and successful recruitment department
• Comfortable working with all levels within an organization
• Extreme collaborator
• Quickly builds relationships.
