Job Description

We are searching for a contract Recruiter for an Automotive Firm in Fountain Valley, CA.

Location : Fountain Valley, CA 3 days at home / 2 days in office

Payrate : $36 DOE

Hours : 8am-5pm M-F

Job Description :

• Manage talent acquisition – Post jobs and ads in select locations
• Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels
• Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process
• Strategize – Manage all stages of the recruitment process
• Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organization
• Create exciting and useful recruiting tactics to attract top-performing employees
• Draft and create job descriptions as needed
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• 3-5 years of Full Cycle Recruiting Experience
• Knowledge and use of ADP and other recruiting systems
• Experience with Cornerstone is a plus, not required
• Experience with sourcing, screening candidates, onboarding, documentation management, consulting with Managers / executives, Excel
• Assessment Required for MS Office
