DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT

• Answer phones
• Communicate via phone and email with vendors, brokers, and customers
• Quick learner, adept to change needs, team oriented, personable, reliable
• Process documents for various departments, update inventory, heavy data entry
• Assist all departments with various projects
• Filing, ship samples to customers
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite
• Multitask and keep track of all tasks
• Liaison with multiple departments regarding deadlines and level of importance
