We are seeking a reliable and personable Office Assistant to join our client in Manchester, NH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering, screening, and transferring incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.

Additionally, you will greet and welcome clients as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.

Responsibilities :

• Answering, screening, and transferring incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Greeting and welcoming clients as they arrive, providing a positive first impression.
• Receiving, scanning, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail correspondence efficiently.
• Organizing and preparing conference rooms for meetings and appointments.
• Scheduling appointments and meetings, managing calendars effectively.
• Assisting with other related clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating documents.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
