Work Hours: Monday – Friday, Flexible Shifts Between 8 AM and 7:00 PM

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• A minimum of an Associate’s degree is mandatory.
• Successful completion of a background check before starting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Excellent attendance and employment history.
• Effective problem-solving skills, capable of handling challenging or high-pressure situations with a composed demeanor.
• Ability to excel both independently and within a team, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations with a sense of urgency.
• Willingness to undertake administrative tasks as per company policy.
• Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
• Proactive, volunteering for additional responsibilities and offering assistance as needed.
