Ultimate Staffing Hiring for Customer Service/Order Entry – $/hr! at Bloomington, MN Full Time

Job Duties:

• Communicate with customers via email and phone to take orders, answer questions, and address issues
• Answer roughly 10-15 phone calls per day
• Place customer orders with product and shipping vendors
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve customer issues
• Become a product expert for customers.
• Interact with vendors to follow-up on shipping timelines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an office setting, call center, or administrative role
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly
• High school diploma

Additional Information

• Pay: $19-20/hr. (Depending on experience)
• Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8am – 4:30pm
• Location: In-Office
• Type: Contract-to-hire
