Through partnership, teamwork, and providing exceptional customer service while delivering seamless installations experiences to the Lowe’s customer, Lowe’s and Ultimate Home Services has grown a relationship to where Ultimate Home Services offers installation services to over 200+Lowe’s stores spanning over 12 states.

JOB OVERVIEW

Talent Acquisitions / Recruiter will focus on duties in several key functional areas, flooring installation recruitment, prescreening, and onboarding process. The Talent Acquisitions / Recruiter must possess a servant leadership demeanor and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and all team members. We are looking for a highly motivated colleague to join our Team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Core responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:

• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified flooring installation contractors for all open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Updates and writes job descriptions and places advertisements.
• Creates and maintains a flow of contractors by utilizing various recruiting strategies:

• Advanced internet searching skills
• Industry research
• Resume mining
• Referrals
• Cold calling
• Search construction sites/residential
• Other highly advanced recruitment techniques for current and future positions (grassroots)

• Conducts and/or coordinates background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Prepare new hire offer letters and conducts the onboarding process.
• Works with the Human Resources Manager on status updates of hiring potential contractors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Recruitment or working experience in construction and/or flooring installation preferred

· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

· Ability and willingness to travel between company locations

· Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Able to work with all levels of staff

· Great communication skills

· Spanish bilingual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
