THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
As a Field Recruiter, you will manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for new and existing stores and salons. You will partner closely with internal hiring leaders to better understand their function to drive an excellent client experience. You will also work closely with internal and external candidates to ensure an outstanding candidate experience is delivered on a consistent basis. Ideal candidates for this role will have recruiting experience, strong business acumen, excellent organizational and communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal clients.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting process for District Manager, Area Manager, General Manager, Services Manager, and Co Sales Manager for all new and existing stores.
- Drive a high caliber candidate experience throughout all touch points of the recruiting process.
- Influence and educate hiring managers on key decisions throughout the full lifecycle recruiting process.
- develop a staffing plan, develop strategy and recommend methods to meet staffing objectives for stores and salons, based on regular status meetings with Field Leaders, including SDLs, and the TDM regarding talent management/needs.
- Drive a strong candidate and client experience through a high touch and consultative recruiting process.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to set recruiting strategies that include sourcing passive and diverse candidates and managing the flow of employee referrals and internal candidates.
- Attract, source and screen a diverse slate of applicants using a variety of innovative techniques including social networking and direct sourcing, while staying abreast of developing market conditions and trends in the online media space.
- Manage the full-cycle management of the selection process including coordinating the scheduling of interviews where current processes denote, soliciting feedback from both the hiring manager as well as the candidate and preparing and extending offers.
- Strongly focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.
- Pre-qualify candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, qualifications, etc.
- Develop a customized candidate search strategy based on specific job opening.
THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience required
- Ability to work independently and produce results within a fast-paced and dynamic organization, demonstrate flexibility, and respond quickly to changes and multiple deadlines
- Highly motivated, professional and have a customer focused and mature approach
- Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent customer service, sales and the ability to sell the company story
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to work in a self-disciplined environment
- High energy, enthusiastic, resourceful and results driven
- Excellent MS office skills
- Demonstrated strong Internet search and research skills to find active and passive candidates
- Expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal requirements, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
- Strong cold-calling skills with the ability to find and then position opportunities with qualified passive candidates
- Ability to quickly comprehend a wide range of job profiles
- Ability to generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
- Proven ability to establish and maintain a deep network from which to source
- BA/BS degree preferred but not required
