Position Responsibilities

• Build qualified and diverse candidate pipelines to support a sales team, with additional focus on mid-level leadership within distribution and customer service.

• Collaborate regularly with recruiting teams and hiring managers to identify talent needs and create successful candidate profiles.

• Seek out and contact prospective candidates using online and offline resources, including websites and in-person events.

• Qualify candidates through phone screens and on-site interviews.

• Keep candidate pipelines engaged throughout the recruiting process.

• Research and update the Recruiting and HR leadership teams on new and changing recruitment and sourcing technologies and methods.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources or related field.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), email marketing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and similar resume databases.
