Customer Service is the heartbeat of our company. As a Senior Operations Analyst, you’ll examine contact center data to identify and deliver key insights to inform our continued mission to deliver an excellent experience for our customers.

Position Responsibilities

Collect and review data from multiple Customer Service systems / databases to deliver observations and make recommendations on process improvements.

Create and execute SQL queries or Power BI dashboards for performance, statistical and other ing needs.

Provide technical and business knowledge support to the Customer Service team.
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree.
-
5+ years data mining / analysis experience.
-
In-depth knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel and Word.

Experience with Power BI and / or data visual techniques.
-
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
