Curiosity meets passion! The Sales Instructional Designer at Uline helps our Sales department maintain our training programs and materials.

Position Responsibilities

Develop and maintain training modules and materials for 500+ employee North American Sales Department.

Design eLearning training modules with topics ranging from product education to soft skill development.

Analyze product, procedure, and competitor modules used in our account representative training.

Audit materials and modules to ensure training matches with directives and identify opportunities for improvement.

Partner with Corporate Sales to ensure effective follow-through and management of corporate-led programs.

Minimum Requirements

New grads encouraged to apply.

Bachelor’s degree.

Instructional design and / or training experience a plus.

Experience with eLearning Tools – Articulate Storyline a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills.

Available for travel to offsite meetings.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, experience with Excel and PowerPoint.

Hardworking and enthusiastic personality.
