Uline Hiring for Director of Customer Service at Kenosha, WI Full Time

• Direct the operations of Uline’s Customer Service department, analyzing performance to identify opportunities to improve procedures and standards.

• Oversee Customer Service Administrative Support Operations.

• Champion a quality customer service experience by establishing performance metrics for reps and department-wide service level requirements.

• Communicate procedures and policies to Uline’s branches across North America.

• Build relationships within the customer service team and act as a liaison to other departments.

• Lead and develop the corporate team to improve performance by setting clear performance measures.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. Major in business or related field preferred.

• 7+ years of experience leading high-performance customer service teams.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Available for travel to branch and international locations.
