Positions: Customer Service Representative / Customer Service Management Trainee
Location: 3325 Heiser St, Hudson, WI 54016

Customer Service Representative
From $22 to $26 per hour
Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.

Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
-
Help customers navigate Uline’s website and place orders online.
-
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
-
Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
-
Become a product expert and understand each customer’s needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.

High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Customer Service Management Trainee
From $25 to $30 per hour
Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

Manage and lead a team of customer service reps on a daily basis.

Participate in a rotational training program covering all aspects of customer service management.

Set goals and provide mentoring / coaching.
-
Perform quality monitoring on team members and provide feedback.
-
Audit department processes and identify areas for improvement.
-
Assist in the recruiting process to fill customer service positions.
-
Bachelor’s degree.
-
Excel at verbal communications, listening, feedback, delegation, fostering teamwork and multi-tasking.
-
Strong track record of customer-focused service and attention to detail.
-
Prior leadership / management experience is a plus.
