Uline Hiring for Cash Applications Specialist Full Time

• Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions in a quick, accurate manner.

• Conduct research and resolve payment discrepancies.

• Maintain department s, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments.

• Review payment data received from third-party partners and match to customer accounts.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus.

• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

• At least 10,000 keystrokes per hour.

• AS400 experience a plus.
