Position Responsibilities

• Participate in needs analysis to determine department training requirements.

• Work closely with leadership to develop appropriate learning support for new hires and existing team members.

• Conduct training sessions covering specified areas such as new employee onboarding, on-the-job training, new procedures and use of new technology.

• Mentor and report on progress of employees under guidance during training periods.

• Develop and maintain training curriculum and training manual or documentation.

• Publish written correspondence such as training memos and policy updates.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance preferred.

• 2+ years Accounts Payable experience preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Oracle knowledge preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
