Position Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and analyze weekly and monthly accounts payable metrics and trends.

• Analyze accounts payable technology solutions and implement improvements and efficiencies.

• Act as a liaison between the Accounts Payable and IT departments.

• Provide technical support to the department and resolve issues. Coordinate and perform system testing.

• Create, maintain and analyze audits of Accounts Payable operations.

• Work collaboratively with management to improve operations.

• Execute special or ad hoc projects as required by management.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Oracle and ImageNow / Perceptive Content experience a plus.

• SQL and Access knowledge preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Detailed with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
