Our high performing talent acquisition team is looking for a new member, could that be you? Are you ready to join them, to partner with our leaders and recruit the best talent in the market?
You’ll work with our leaders to understand what they need, then off you go! You’ll find and engage with key talent using social & professional media, online communities, networking, events, meet ups. Always looking for new ways to standout in a candidate driven market. You’ll engage with niche audiences to build talent pipelines for our current and future vacancies. You’ll promote our brand, tell our story and build strong networks in specialised communities giving us a competitive advantage when hiring key positions.
Essential Skills
Sourcing from agency and/or in-house – technology background is an advantage but not essential
Driven and tenacious – you don’t miss a trick, for fear of losing out on finding the perfect candidate
