We are searching for a Talent Manager to join a fast-growing team in a thriving business. We are currently recruiting field-based staff nationwide and are looking for someone to create an innovative and dynamic approach to finding talented staff to join and stay with Agena Group.
Agena’s Talent Manager will lead in driving forward a new talent agenda, including taking a chief role in improving retention.
Overall, we want the successful candidate to feel empowered to create and change any part of the search process in order to ensure we have an industry leading approach when it comes to finding, keeping and developing talent. The successful candidate will have plenty of support from the rest of the business whenever needed, but we also expect the right person to be able to be able to grab this challenge with both hands and drive it forward independently.
