What you’ll do at UiPath:
- Ability to work, coordinate lead and manage across all UiPath divisions
- Act as a liaison between business and RPA Development team
- Ensure all projects delivered within time, scope, quality, and cost constraints
- Assist in definition of project success criteria and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and desired quality
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Run customer facing project status meetings as required
- Develop customer project status reports as required
- Manage project issues and risks
- Develop and manage project dependencies
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Present project dashboard to all levels of stakeholders and management
- Proactively manage stakeholder issues with professionalism and tact
- Work collaboratively with all UiPath teams involved in the projects
- Assist in the development and/or review of related documentation
- Coordinate feedback and insight from stakeholder engagements to improve the product, delivery kits and overall customer experience
- Facilitate legal and security overview of use cases
- Lead, Coordinate and manage through RDLC from concept to deployment
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics. Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Business or related field
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in project management
- Experience in stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing to deliver on the project objectives
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills with demonstrated outside-the-box problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively engage and work with a global team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Results oriented
- Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude
- Experience in Agile concepts and tools
- Experience in proactive risk assessment and management in project delivery
- Experience and ability to engage and work with global stakeholders and team
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other languages is a plus
