Due to our ever-growing portfolio of national projects, we have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team to be part of our International Recruitment Campaign.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with the Talent Acquisition Manger playing a key role in driving our strategic International Recruitment Program.

TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST – INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT
What are we looking for in a Talent Acquisition Specialist?
- Minimum 5 years’ experience recruiting technical engineering positions, desirably within the Major Projects Industry, Utilities, Rail, Transport and New Energy
- It would be desirable for you to have working experience recruiting internationally with a thorough understanding of the international recruitment visa process.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, engaging at all levels in partnership to ensure a streamlined and thorough recruitment process
- A strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, utilising all the tools you have at your fingertips, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, VideoMyJob
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with all walks of life at different levels both internally and externally.
