Identifies strategic resources to meet the ongoing recruiting needs of the corporation and maintain a strong relationship with those resources.
Principle Duties and ResponsibilitiesImplements recruiting strategies to attract quality candidates that meet the needs of hiring managers and provide a long-term pipeline of prospective candidates.
Manages and maintains the effectiveness of the applicant tracking system, utilize s and metrics to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, and help develop training for system users.
Conducts national or specialized searches as needed.Sources, screens, interviews and recommends candidates for open national level programs and positions.
Performs duties consistent with the Company’s policies and in compliance with regulatory requirements.Develops relationships with hiring managers to gain an understanding of the needs of open positions and provide guidance on job specific recruiting strategies.
Travels to Company locations and to offsite recruiting resources, such as colleges and universities, as neededPerform other duties as requiredQualificationsMinimum bachelor’s degree in business or related areas, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in recruiting, interviewing, or hiring.Working knowledge of recruiting resources, processes, and best practicesWorking knowledge of online applicant tracking programs knowledge of ADP Recruiting Management a plusWorking knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
Some knowledge of compliance related to EEO, FLSA classification, and affirmative actionPreferred experience and knowledge on UFP’s organization and culture.
