UCP is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This is a professional level job with lots of independence but, requires close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Lead and the Human Resources Director.

Assisting with recruiting at UCP is fast-paced and requires a high level of accuracy to create a smooth on-boarding process for new employees.
UCP is seeking an individual who excels at streamlining on-boarding and HR processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and enjoy working with a diverse group of applicants and employees one-on-one and in groups.
They will be adept at communicating with department managers and making good judgement calls on the fly. This individual will be skilled at maintaining applicant / employee confidentiality.
You will partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Lead, assisting with the recruiting process and on-boarding of new hires, including :
