The Human Resources Business Partner Summary
The Director of Human Resources will have the primary responsibility for driving strategic and operational excellence across all aspects of the human resources function. He/she will be a strategic partner and advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and the leadership team by fostering partnerships to understand and support business priorities with appropriate People solutions. The Director of HR will provide strategic guidance in the areas of staffing, talent management, training and organizational development, employee engagement and communications, compensation and benefits and employee relations.
