UCLA Health Hiring for Onboarding Analyst Job at Los Angeles, CA Full Time

In this role, you will be collaborating with members of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive and unique candidate experience. As our Onboarding Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth process in handling all of the aspects of on-boarding new employees and transfers. You will troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on any processing issues and will work closely with position management to proactively resolve any issues for title, pay plan or other attributes.

• Strong analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access), testing required.
• Working knowledge of complex calendaring.
• Recent work experience in a fast paced office setting.
• Ability to work on a wide variety of projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of Human Resources employment laws and policies.
• Working knowledge of creating reports with employment data.
• Strong knowledge base of UC policy, contracts and UCPath SOPs preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
