UBuildABook Hiring for Bookkeeping – A/P, A/R, Recon (Part-time) Job at Thousand Oaks, CA Full Time

Part-Time 10-15 Hours per week to start immediately. Initial raining will require coming into our Thousand Oaks office, then the job can be mostly remote.

Responsibilities include:

• Accounts Payables
• Accounts Receivable
• Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
• Basic office admin
• Other projects as assigned

The ideal candidate should have/be:

• 1 year experience with Quickbooks
• Sales order processing experience
• Very detail-oriented
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• High level of self-direction, self-motivation, and energy
• Strong Excel skills
• Technically savvy
