About the Job

You will be the primary contact for customers during every step of their journey with uBreakiFix, and such you will build relationships with our clients and create custom solutions for their repair and technological needs. This position has a heavy emphasis on commission based sales and has a very real profit potential for the right candidates, perfect for experienced sales associates with a cell carrier or tech background!

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position can be filled as both full-time or part-time. Days and hours of work are Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Travel

No travel is expected for this position. On rare occasions, travel could occur for training purposes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain stock levels of FOH sales merchandise and sales materials

• Build rapport with incoming customers.

• Accountable for customer experience.

• Offer and provide personalized product solutions to meet customer needs.

• Deliver complex solutions in a simplified and easy to understand manner to customers.

• Test and be knowledgeable about offered product lines.

• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems

• Pursue repair and sales leads daily.

• Prioritize customer experience and collaborate with Back of House team to exceed customer expectations.

Skill & Requirements

• One or more years of commission retail sales experience required (wireless sales with AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc. is preferred)

• Outstanding customer service skills.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Competitive drive, great customer engagement skills, and confidence to succeed

• Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals

• Knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems

• Proficient with Apple, Android, Mac OS and Windows (preferred)

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills – always learning and sharing best practices

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment

• High School Diploma or equivalent
