You are a proven Talent Acquisition leader with executive presence and astute commercial mind and the ability to effectively partner with the stakeholders, industry, and prospective candidates. The studio is also expecting you to devise and execute an overall Talent Acquisition strategy in Employer’s Brand, Candidate Experience and Recruiting Process with an overarching mindset in improving Diversity of our teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Define, lead, and drive a sustainable talent acquisition strategy & roadmap to support a highly motivated, skilled, and diverse talent pool
• Lead a team of 3 team members (2 senior recruiters and 1 TA coordinator) across both studio locations to create an environment for ideas to emerge and grow
• Plan, prioritise and set inspiring objectives to empower your team members with clear expectations
• Manage talent acquisition policies, processes, competencies, selection criteria as well as diversity efforts
• Partner with stakeholders, hiring managers and HR team in developing a strategic and tactical recruiting plan in line with studio and HQ’s objectives
• Define and update recruitment priorities in collaboration with internal project stakeholders (Producer, Discipline Managers, Head of Department)
• Manage efficiently the talent acquisition annual budget and quarterly reforecast
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment journey for critical hires across all job families (Tech & Non-tech)
• Provide best in class candidate experience and develop a strong future talent pipeline
• Define and track talent acquisition data and metrics
• Play an active part in our annual ‘Graduate Recruitment Campaign’ to help establish the careers of our future leaders & experts.
• Foster partnership with HQ and other Ubisoft studios on talent acquisition topics
• Partner with in-house communication and creative service teams to build content and training to improve the employer branding and to shape our studio image & culture
• Partner with in-house L&D team to improve hiring capabilities in the organization

• You will have experience of leading a high performing talent acquisition function, implementing new processes and programs (especially on Employer’s Brand, Candidate Experience, Recruiting Process and Campus Recruiting)
• Experience of leading impactful Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
• Experience of working in an international working environment
• Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
• Comfortable with data and metrics and ability to present to stakeholders
