Job Description
As HR advisor, you will act as a strategic ally to the development of the studios. You will be embedding the studio HR strategy into day-to-day work and you will be providing professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal client groups, implementing an innovative HR program and policies. You are a trustworthy and proactive sparring partner in all employment law issues for managers, team leaders and employees.
Responsibilities
Support of the Studio HR management in day-to-day business.
Provide performance, conduct and welfare support to Managers.
Work closely with HR Operations Team to support the best onboarding experience.
Sharing the HR team’s collective responsibility to respond to all general HR enquiries.
Championing the digitisation of HR processes, leading to greater efficiencies and an enhanced user experience.
Develop optimization of HR processes and maintenance of the HR intranet sections.
Participate in HR projects (Performance Management, Engagement, Development programs etc.).
Working closely with the HR Team Management to identify and implement initiatives that will increase employee satisfaction and commitment levels.
Provide salary review support.
Staying on top of trends and best practice within the Employee Experience space and assessing their relevance to the Studios.
Acting as an ambassador for the studios and a role model for colleagues.
Conduct regular reports and analytics of Teams situation (attrition, results of engagement survey, exit interview).
Qualifications
Skills & Knowledge
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
High-level attention to detail is essential.
Knowledge of current employment legislation and best practice.
A highly autonomous, hands-on attitude.
A solutions-focused mindset.
Ability to navigate in a fast-moving and agile environment.
Proficient in using MS office tools, including Excel.
Relevant Experience
Experience in a busy HR department.
CIPD level 3 is a plus but not mandatory and can be supported.
Can demonstrate a strong appetite to learn and develop.
