We are currently looking for a Customer Service Clerk to support our management team at our Edmonton distribution center with administrative clerical work.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Reconcile DC stock transfers.
• Validating variances to prepare for the claims process.
• Three-way matching of EDI invoices with packing slips and Bills of Lading.
• Write up and submit claims to Suppliers.
• Match non-EDI invoices with packing slips.

Monthly Reports:

• Provide support to reconcile and submit monthly Costing Reports.
• Provide support to reconcile and submit monthly Purchase Journal.

To join our team, you need:

• Vocational diploma in office administration or accounting.
• Have 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
