U-Haul is looking for a motivated, friendly person to take on the role of Talent Sourcer. A Talent Sourcer is an excellent judge of character who scouts out qualified candidates for U-Haul positions and encourages them to apply.

Talent Sourcer Responsibilities:

• Source for the Contact Center and Corporate positions
• Use various search techniques to monitor employment platforms like Workday, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, DICE, etc. for candidates who could be potential fits for U-Haul positions
• Craft and send recruiting emails
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Promote our employer brand online and offline
• Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
• Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of sourcing experience.

(Optional) Preferred Qualifications

2+ years sourcing experience for technical skillsets (hardware or software engineering)
