We have a fantastic vacancy opportunity within our Finance Department for a Finance Manager.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for managing a small finance team and providing careful stewardship of our resources through proactive and effective financial systems, reporting and controls. You will also:

• Provide clear, practical and accurate advice to colleagues at all levels, on financial procedures and requirements.
• Produce and develop timely and accurate financial reports to assist effective decision making and help deliver Tŷ Hafan’s strategic objectives and business plan.
• Work collaboratively and proactively with senior managers to develop their understanding of the financial requirements, provide financial insight and ensure financial compliance and commerciality.
• Be proactive in the development of the Finance function seeking improvements, innovation and high standards at all times.
• Support with the development / implementation of finance / payroll systems.

As a Finance Manager, you will be an experienced manager with a good working knowledge of current accounting policies and practices. Along with excellent attention to detail, you will be customer service focused with a positive, flexible and solution focused approach.
