POSITION SUMMARY:

Our maintenance team members are the heavy lifting and full execution of our team. Day in and out they are executing maintenance tasks that are needed for the quality of a home and the service of our work. Efficiency is crucial for their project management and daily execution. Maintenance job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Professional representation of the company
• Effective and efficient communication with vendors and team members 
• Execution and dispatch of daily tasks (via phone apps and computer desktop)
• Organization and prioritization of tasks
• Knowledge of severity levels of home maintenance   
• Some, project management 
• Some, placing orders for parts, replacements or repairs 
• Preventative maintenance during shoulder seasons

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of two years experience in Guest Services; Hospitality background preferred
• Must be excited to participate in a growing and changing work environment
• Must be able to quickly adapt to effectively using multiple guest reservation platforms and software
• College degree preferred.
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to Big Sky, Montana.
• Must be dependable and have the flexibility to work on weekends, nights, and/or holidays based on business demands.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Salary: $27.00 – $30.00/ hour plus seasonal bonuses based on company performance

Bonus Details: Seasonal bonuses based on company performance.
