Base Salary: $125,000-$140,000 + Quarterly Bonus (1st Year OTE: $135,000-$160,000)

Sales Manager (business development & B2B sales exp. req.) Description
Our client, an industry-leading manufacturer and service provider, is looking for an influential and passionate Sales Manager to join their team in Baltimore, MD. You will oversee their sales team (8) and maximize their potential through hands-on leadership. The majority of your time will be spent working onsite with reps crafting pricing and sales strategies to secure wins against other vendors. Most of the limited travel you’ll be making will be to attend trade shows or go back and forth to their other location in South Dakota. They have an aggressive growth plan, and you’ll play an integral role in shaping and scaling this division. Sales Manager (business development & B2B sales exp. req.) Responsibilities
Create and execute a sales strategy
Manage and develop a sales team (8)
Offer coaching and ongoing education opportunities
Provide on-the-ground support to reps
Plan and lead weekly sales meetings
Meet with customers to discuss needs and assess partnership
Stay up to date with new products and competitors
Assist with proposals and RFPs
Track performance to ensure the team is on target
Prepare s, budgets, profit analyses, and sales projections
Meet revenue targets and measurable non-revenue KPIs

Experienced Leading a B2B Sales Team Required
Strong business development background required
Up to 15% of domestic travel including some overnights required
