As a member of the leadership team, you will oversee all sales operations, focusing on the mentorship and success of the sales team (of ten). To be successful in this role, you should lead by example through active participation in sales meetings, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are attained through action plans, training, and strategic planning. Director Of Sales (Industrial/Mfg. Product Exp. Req.) Responsibilities

Lead, from the front, a sales team of ten (10)

Develop and ensure sales team targets, KPIs, and action plans

Establish and benchmark sales funnel targets

Lead weekly sales meetings

Conduct sales forecasting

Participate in company leadership meetings

Identify continuous education opportunities

Develop and execute inbound and outbound sales strategies

Manage important account relationships

Director Of Sales (Industrial/Mfg. Product Exp. Req.) Qualifications

Experience leading a B2B sales team required

Experience Selling a Manufacturing Or Industrial Product Required

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas required

Full Circle Management Experience Required (hiring, Training, Firing, Etc.)

Hands-on, engaging leadership style required
