Overview

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to join an up and coming recruitment agency.

Duties:

• Act as a point of contact on behalf of your Directors

• Extensive inbox management

• Extensive calendar management

• Processing expenses

• Drafting meeting agendas

• Minuting meetings and creating action plans

• Following up on action plans

• Booking travel and accommodation

• Booking meeting rooms and restaurants

• Helping with personal admin

• Drafting employment contracts

• Being the point of contact for the external HR partners

• Managing the internal HR portal

• Some office management, ordering supplies, paying bills, liaising with landlords etc

• Create reports

• Organise events both internally and externally

• Creating and proof-reading documents

• General day-to-day support in wherever is required

• Ad hoc duties- this will be a role where tasks vary from day to day

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience as either a PA or secretary

• Experience in the recruitment sector preferable but not essential

• Knowledge of Office and/or google workspace

• Experience in minute taking preferable but not essential

• Outstanding organisational and time management skills required

• Attention to detail is a must

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must be able to multitask

• Discretion and confidentiality essential

• Must be able to travel to various UK locations
