Twenty Four Seven Hotels Hiring for RECRUITER Job at Newport Beach, CA Full Time

Twenty Four Seven Hotels Corporate Office is in search of an In-House Recruiter to play a dynamic role as a support system to the hotel properties. We are looking to add a dynmic individual to our People Resources & Development team as we continue to grow and “*craft inspired workplaces that enable our Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns*!”
Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with hotel department managers to identify key hiring criteria
• Screen applications and selects qualified candidates
• Schedule interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process
• Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, etc.)
• Use traditional and nontraditional resources(online job fairs, social media, etc) to identify and attract quality candidates
• Manage internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring managers, transfer offer letters, etc
• Manage current candidate activity in ADP, the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
• Various HR projects, tasks, duties as needed based on needs of the business

*Ideal candidate would possess: *

• 2-3 years of hospitality recrutiing experience
• Experience managing ADP’s ATS is preferred
• High touch philosophy with applicants, candidates, referrals, and Associates to ensure everyone involved with the hiring process has an excellent candidate experience
• Bachelor’s in business management or HR related studies or equivalent work experience
• Project management skills with an eye for detail
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to navigate competing priorities
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
